LS Tractor, Trace from LG Tractor
GoldStar cable challenged new frontiers by taking over Korea Heavy Industries Gunpo plant and then entering the tractor business. Through the technical cooperation with FIAT, Gold Star tractor built a solid base for growth. In 1995, LG cable was renamed from Gold Star cable. Having spun off from the LG Group in 2003, LS Group has been a leader of the machinery, electric, electronic and energy industries. As an affiliate of the LS Group, LS Tractor is growing quickly on the tractor businesses.Since its Jeonju factory started operation in 2005, the company has been devoted to securing core technologies through R&D and improving its production capabilities, finally garnering the largest market share in Korea in 2012. LS Tractor USA is ranked No. 1 in the tractor manufacturer category in the dealer satisfaction survey 2019 conducted by NAEDA (North American Equipment Dealers Association) for 5 consecutive years.
